- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) strongly preferred; compensation negotiable for language proficiency
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in supporting individuals and families
- Track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical professional conduct
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities
- Proven ability to generate leads and secure appointments, including from cold starts
- Motivated self-starter with a drive for continuous success
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

- Enjoys building relationships and providing value to clients
- Possesses or willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses promptly
