Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct professional sales presentations, and close sales to meet agency goals
- Build, establish, and maintain positive client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
- Actively network to generate new leads and expand the client base
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support for inquiries and policy management
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a daily commitment to personal and team success
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience preferred, but not required
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude
- Self-starter able to work independently and assertively
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally and remain focused on achieving quotas
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Genuine enthusiasm for insurance and financial products and their impact on clients’ lives
