Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs
- Present and close sales of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health policies
- Establish, nurture, and manage client relationships with regular follow-ups
- Network proactively to expand client base and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support throughout the sales and service process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and agency goals
- Identify new service opportunities for existing and potential clients
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct in all client and team interactions

- Base salary with additional performance-based incentives
- Bonus opportunities for licensing obtained within 30 days of hire

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships from a cold start
