Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver effective sales presentations, and successfully close sales
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Identify and pursue new networking opportunities to expand the agency's reach
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support to clients, addressing their insurance needs
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and agency goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
