Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and timely follow-up as needed.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing clients and prospective customers.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, coverage options, policy changes, claim processes, and billing matters.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance solutions, ensuring each customer receives tailored recommendations.
- Generate insurance quotes, conduct engaging sales presentations, and close sales effectively to meet agency goals.
- Cultivate ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s customer base and enhance business development opportunities.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving success and agency objectives every day.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the supervising agent to ensure transparency and effective communication.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and continuing education to deliver up-to-date service and advice.
