Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and provide accurate insurance quotes tailored to clients’ needs
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Close new business and follow up with leads generated through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Cross-sell additional insurance coverage and financial services
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Engage in prospecting and appointment setting to grow the client base
- Work towards and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Utilize CRM and basic computer systems to manage customer information and sales activities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
