Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Support a State Farm independent contractor agent’s office by providing insurance sales and customer service.
- Receive comprehensive training, including support for obtaining necessary industry licenses.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance products, policy eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based approach to help them understand available insurance solutions.
- Develop insurance quotes, make persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Network and build relationships to expand the client base and enhance the agency’s reputation.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily success.
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports for management review.
