Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations
- Close sales and ensure clients are fully informed on their coverage options
- Establish, maintain, and follow up on client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Develop networking relationships to expand the agency's reach within the community
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Passion for helping clients understand the value of insurance and financial products
- Proven trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
