Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Full-time in-office position in Sugarland, TX

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and consistent communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Competitive base pay plus commission and bonus incentives

- Valuable hands-on experience in the insurance industry

- Sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing) preferred but not required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred

- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license (required)
- Willingness to obtain Life & Health license (preferred)
