Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Engage with new and existing clients to identify insurance needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up communication
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about the latest insurance products and regulations
- Contribute to a positive office culture while achieving individual and team sales targets
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct outreach to develop new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, policy coverage, eligibility, billing, and claims processes
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, consultative approach
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and effectively close sales
- Engage in ongoing networking to expand your client base and referral sources
- Maintain a disciplined work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to achieving ambitious sales goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (required)
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license (required)
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience preferred
- Bilingual abilities in Russian or Polish are a plus, but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Demonstrated dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities
- Enthusiastic about the value of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives
