Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients based on their unique needs
- Deliver professional sales presentations to individuals and families
- Actively close sales and achieve predefined sales targets and quotas
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen ongoing relationships with clients
- Engage in regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain as part of employment requirements)
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain as part of employment requirements)
- 1-2 years of direct sales experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in supporting clients’ lives
- Proven dependability, trustworthiness, and adherence to high ethical standards
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
