Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance solutions
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Deliver outstanding service by addressing client inquiries about policy options, claims, billing, and policy changes
- Educate clients about available insurance products and guide them through the decision-making process
- Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing and training requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Identify and pursue new service and sales opportunities with both prospective and existing clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, claims, billing, and policy changes
- Utilize a consultative approach to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales
- Build and maintain effective networking relationships within the community
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions and activities
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to achieving daily goals
- Stay informed about product updates, regulatory changes, and industry developments through ongoing education
