Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and conduct effective sales presentations
- Close sales and guide clients through the insurance selection process
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing follow-up support as needed
- Build ongoing networking relationships to expand the agency’s client base
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment to agency goals
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license
- Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products
- History of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct
