Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Generate insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales to meet or exceed agency goals
- Develop and maintain networking relationships to support client acquisition and retention
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to agency success
- Provide thorough and timely reports on activities to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
