Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Identify and develop new service and sales opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships within the community and with referral sources.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and agency growth.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as required.
