Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely follow-up and ongoing support to clients.
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients to expand the agency’s portfolio.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, billing, and claims processing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and effectively close sales to meet and exceed agency goals.
- Establish and cultivate ongoing networking relationships within the community to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a daily commitment to achieving success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent as required.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and required continuing education to ensure compliance and optimal service delivery.
