Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business leads through prospecting and networking
- Schedule appointments and consult with prospective and current customers to assess their insurance needs
- Present and market appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to customer inquiries on coverages, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and quotas set by the agency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales roles preferred (such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
