Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Full-time, onsite position within a respected State Farm agency.
- Role focuses on insurance sales, customer service, and relationship building.
- Comprehensive training provided; no prior insurance experience required.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments to promote insurance products and financial services.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Deliver prompt, courteous customer service, supporting clients with inquiries, claims, and billing.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and agency performance targets.
- Participate in agency meetings and ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Base pay with additional commission and bonus potential.

- Must be able to work onsite during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Sales experience preferred (inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing), but not mandatory.
- No insurance experience needed; must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses within 60 days (agency provides support).
