Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs
- Present and sell insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health coverage
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support
- Network within the community to generate leads and expand the agency’s client base
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Uphold high ethical standards and a strong work ethic in all sales activities
- Identify new service opportunities with both new and existing clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license (required)
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license (required)
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in people’s lives
- Proven dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to generate leads and set appointments proactively, including through cold outreach
