Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs, conduct sales presentations, and close new business effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Proactively network to generate new business opportunities and expand the agency’s client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Uphold a high standard of work ethic and a strong commitment to daily success and goal achievement.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary.
- Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.
- Paid Time Off: One week after 90 days, increasing up to three weeks within the first five years.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products to improve clients’ lives.
- Track record of dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to initiate new client relationships through effective outreach and appointment-setting.
