Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking insurance products and solutions

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes tailored to client needs
- Conduct sales presentations to explain insurance products and close sales deals
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships with ongoing follow-up
- Create and maintain ongoing networking and referral relationships within the community
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with consistent commitment to daily success
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Meet and exceed established sales goals and quotas through effective prospecting and relationship-building

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license prior to starting
- Life & Health license is preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Previous exposure to the insurance business is helpful but not required
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, and ethical conduct
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
