Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs, making compelling sales presentations to close sales effectively.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing follow-up and support as necessary to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in proactive networking activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop additional service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, contributing to overall agency growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain the Property & Casualty insurance license as required by the role.
- Ability to obtain the Life & Health insurance license, supporting a broad range of client needs.
- 1-2 years of prior sales experience is preferred, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Genuine enthusiasm and belief in the value of insurance and financial products for individuals and families.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in professional settings.
- Excellent communication abilities, including strong written, verbal, and listening skills for effective client engagement.
