Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
The Insurance Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing insurance quotes, making effective sales presentations, and closing sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and deliver prompt, friendly support. Building and maintaining lasting relationships with both new and existing clients is a key element of this role. Success in this position requires a strong work ethic, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop customized insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Close sales by guiding clients through the application process and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and networking activities.
- Maintain an ongoing network of prospective clients through various channels and community engagement.
- Deliver exceptional client support by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Demonstrate a commitment to daily excellence and achieving sales goals consistently.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Obtainable Property & Casualty license (must be able to secure if not already held).
- Obtainable Life & Health license (must be able to secure if not already held).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities from a cold start.
- Enthusiasm and belief in the value of insurance and financial products in clients' lives.
