Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up and support as needed
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and outreach
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, including questions about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Utilize a customer-focused review process to educate clients about a range of insurance products
- Prepare quotes, deliver sales presentations, and successfully close sales
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report activities to agency leadership
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and staying informed of industry updates
