Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective and existing clients
- Conduct effective sales presentations and close sales in line with company targets
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing follow-up communication as needed
- Network with small business owners, such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to expand your professional reach
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, including responding to inquiries about coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to daily success
- Identify and develop new financial services opportunities with both new and existing clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Life & Health license (preferred, but not mandatory)
- 1-2 years of insurance sales experience (preferred)
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong ability to initiate contact and secure appointments from a cold start
