Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships while providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate clients about insurance options through a consultative, needs-based approach.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales with professionalism.
- Build and maintain effective networking relationships to enhance business growth.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
