Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Follow up with clients to provide ongoing service and support
- Identify and develop new insurance sales opportunities through effective prospecting and networking
- Respond promptly to client inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on insurance options using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver engaging sales presentations, and close sales to help clients secure appropriate coverage
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide timely reports to agency leadership
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current on product updates, industry regulations, and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a remarkable customer experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving daily success

- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license prior to start date
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license prior to start date
