Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Identify and pursue new sales and service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance policies, coverages, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Conduct needs-based reviews with clients to educate them on available insurance products and options.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales transactions.
- Build and maintain networking relationships to generate new business leads.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to success and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports for management review.

- Property & Casualty License (preferred or must be able to obtain).
- Life and Health License (preferred or must be able to obtain).
