Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Full-time position within a professional insurance agency

- Establish and nurture customer relationships, responding to inquiries and following up as needed
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including assistance with insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate clients using a needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance options
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively

- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred

- Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments from a cold start
