Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop accurate insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present comprehensive solutions to prospects.
- Close sales and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to finalizing policies.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients through regular follow-up and proactive service.
- Engage in ongoing networking to expand the agency’s client base and increase market reach.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment (required).
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 30 days of employment (required).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, with preference for Spanish or Vietnamese speakers.
- Demonstrated record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Proven dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
