Key Responsibilities
- Generate insurance quotes for prospective clients and present product options to effectively close sales.
- Establish, manage, and nurture client relationships by providing timely follow-up and ongoing communication.
- Develop networking relationships with local small business owners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to expand client outreach and business opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Identify and cultivate new financial service opportunities with both existing and potential new clients to support their evolving needs.

Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health insurance license.
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products in clients’ lives.
- Track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Proven ability to initiate contact and secure appointments through cold outreach techniques.
