Key Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, present tailored solutions to clients, and close sales to meet or exceed established targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, following up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Engage in ongoing networking activities with small business owners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to expand business opportunities and referral sources.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients by responding to inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to achieving success every day.
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities in financial services for both existing and prospective clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license as required by state regulations.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with a proven record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the value of insurance and financial products in protecting and enhancing clients' lives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities.
- Aptitude for initiating new business relationships and securing appointments, even from a cold start.
