Insurance Sales Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, offering insurance and financial solutions tailored to their individual and business needs.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate products.

- Develop insurance quotes and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing prompt and accurate support on policy questions, claims, billing, and coverage changes.
- Network and build relationships with local business owners such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Life & Health license preferred.
- 1-2 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct in all professional interactions.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to initiate contact and secure appointments with prospects through cold calling and other lead generation strategies.
