- Provide exceptional customer service by answering policy-related questions, processing policy changes, and addressing claims inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are documented according to agency and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with State Farm Insurance products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
