Rob Simon - State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is ready to launch or grow a rewarding career in insurance sales. The agency provides comprehensive training, so prior insurance experience is not required. Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes for prospective clients, present suitable insurance options, and close sales to meet performance goals.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing communication to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain networking relationships to generate new business and expand the agency’s client base.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support across all interactions, upholding high standards of customer service.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving success and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and potential clients, contributing to the agency’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain the FL 2-20 Property & Casualty license.
- Must be able to obtain the FL 2-15 Life & Health license.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to better serve the diverse client base.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas is required.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in supporting clients’ needs.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior in previous roles.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively generate leads and secure appointments, particularly in a cold start environment.
