Key Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present insurance solutions effectively.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and close insurance sales with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and ongoing support.
- Establish and nurture networking relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to maintain client satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.
- Identify new service opportunities with both current and prospective clients to expand business growth.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain as a requirement for the role).
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain in a timely manner).
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas in a professional environment.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products for individuals and families.
- Demonstrated record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads and set appointments, including cold calling when necessary.
