Qualifications and Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain as a requirement for the role).
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain in a timely manner).
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas in a professional environment.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products for individuals and families.
- Demonstrated record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to generate leads and set appointments, including cold calling when necessary.
