Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through proactive networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients’ insurance and financial needs, identifying the most appropriate solutions.

- Identify prospects, schedule appointments, and market relevant insurance products and services effectively.
- Deliver ongoing support, ensuring clients’ policies and financial strategies remain aligned with their evolving needs.
- Participate in local community events and outreach programs to promote the agency and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools efficiently to organize daily activities and client information.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales (such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and explain insurance products and financial solutions to potential customers.
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems to manage client relationships.
- Property and Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain).
- Life and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain).
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients manage life’s risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their long-term dreams through effective insurance and financial planning.
