Insurance Sales Representative - Summary- Serve as a key advisor to clients, identifying insurance needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Participate actively in a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Receive comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to agency revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional service
- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established by the agency
- Engage all customer contacts as opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance and financial products
- Stay current on new insurance products and industry trends
- Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources
- Maintain and nurture client relationships through ongoing follow-up and communication
- Provide consultative guidance to clients, evaluating their needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
- Base salary with commissions
