Insurance Sales Representative Position OverviewDistrict 33 is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Tucson, AZ. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families secure the coverage they need for peace of mind and financial security. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in sales and a genuine interest in providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as set by District 33 leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance and financial products with each customer interaction.
- Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends to best serve client needs.
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals from existing clients and partners in the Tucson, AZ area.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive follow-up communications and excellent service.
- Genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
- Resourcefulness, intuition, and strong coachability to continually improve performance.
