Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new leads to grow the agency’s client base and promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Assist the agent in managing digital content, including updates to the agency’s website and active engagement on relevant social media platforms to enhance online presence.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals, ensuring alignment with the agency’s strategic objectives.
- Reach out to new prospective customers through various outreach strategies to introduce State Farm offerings and establish relationships.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring client satisfaction.
