Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
- Collaborate with your assigned mentor to set, track, and achieve marketing and sales goals within a supportive team environment.
- Engage directly with clients and prospects to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Participate in regular training sessions focused on insurance products, sales strategies, business operations, and compliance standards.
- Foster relationships within the local community to generate leads and referrals, contributing to the agency’s growth.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage, helping them protect what matters most to them.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others achieve financial security.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to pursue continuous professional development.
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty, within a designated period upon hire.
