Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through proactive networking, outreach, and participation in community events within Las Colinas, TX.
- Educate individuals and families on a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, ensuring clients understand their coverage options and benefits.
- Conduct thorough needs-based assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions that best fit client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the agency team to achieve shared sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth and reputation in the Las Colinas, TX area.
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall agency performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to build leadership and business acumen specific to the insurance field.
