Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present these options in a clear, professional manner.
- Close sales by building rapport and demonstrating the value of insurance products.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing ongoing support and timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage in networking to foster new business relationships and generate leads.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, ensuring all inquiries and service requests are handled efficiently.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Identify and cultivate new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health license; licensing support and training are provided.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and high ethical standards.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening abilities.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for helping clients understand the importance of insurance and financial products.
- Ability to proactively secure appointments and build a client base, including cold outreach as needed.
