Insurance Sales Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time, in-office role with a leading insurance agency. This position is located in Cypress, TX and requires daily commutes to the agency's office. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play an integral part in helping customers understand and select insurance products that best meet their needs. You do not need prior insurance experience, as comprehensive training will be provided for qualified candidates willing to obtain the necessary Property and Casualty insurance license. Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and actively engage with potential customers to identify their insurance needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, focusing on delivering value-based solutions to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals and quotas.
- Base pay with additional commission and bonus opportunities, rewarding strong performance in insurance sales.

- Valuable hands-on experience in the insurance industry with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the agency.
- Previous insurance sales experience and current Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required.
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, are essential.

- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license if not already licensed.
