In this client-facing role, you will actively prospect for new business, generate insurance quotes, and close personal lines policies while delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. The Insurance Sales Producer position also involves building and nurturing referral partnerships with professionals such as mortgage lenders and realtors, thus expanding your client base and deepening relationships. You will be empowered to cross-sell and upsell policies, ensuring clients’ needs are met while maximizing retention and satisfaction.
