Insurance Sales Producer - Summary
- Full-time position with Farmers Insurance focused on sales and client relationship management
- Utilize provided leads and agency support to market and sell insurance products
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
- Receive comprehensive training and support to achieve licensing requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (support provided for obtaining these credentials)
- Drive new business growth through both inbound and outbound sales activities
- Generate insurance policy quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales for personal lines products
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to all clients
- Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to achieving sales goals
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients to deepen customer relationships and increase retention
- Build referral partnerships with professionals such as mortgage lenders and real estate agents
- Provide superior customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities for both new and existing clients
- Utilize agency-provided leads to generate new business and meet monthly targets

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required
