Insurance Sales Associate - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Build enduring relationships by following up with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing ongoing support.
- Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and best practices through continuous training.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience in insurance sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to a wide range of customers.
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained as a condition of employment).
- Life & Health license (must be obtained as a condition of employment).
