Insurance Sales Associate - Summary
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to promote insurance products and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive real-time marketing and sales efforts to attract new clients and meet established business production goals.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Network with small business owners, such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to generate referrals and build brand awareness in the community.
- Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking events, and various lead sources.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by presenting insurance options, cross-selling additional products, and nurturing client relationships for long-term retention and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving client issues with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Property and Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain.
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain.
- Previous insurance sales experience and possession of Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses preferred.
- Demonstrated sales experience (including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
