Insurance Sales Agent – Property & Casualty (P&C) – Summary- Provide expert guidance on property and casualty insurance products to prospective and existing customers
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend suitable coverage options
- Participate in comprehensive training and licensing programs
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

- Respond to inbound sales calls and online inquiries from potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance coverage solutions
- Quote and sell property and casualty insurance products
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products as appropriate

- Work schedule includes Monday through Friday with some evenings and rotating Saturday shifts; occasional holiday coverage may be required
- Paid training program runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
