Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) - Summary
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling product inquiries, policy updates, and claims assistance. Your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring that clients receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads for insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding policy coverages, availability, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing information.
- Process policy changes, transfers, and other client service transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as set by the agency.
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies for agency growth and customer retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Active Life & Health insurance license required.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or related sales roles preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
