Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate sales leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to assess customer insurance needs.
- Market and present appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy coverage, eligibility, changes, claims, and billing.
- Support clients through policy changes, transfers, claims submission, and clarification of billing or coverage questions.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining compliance with agency and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health insurance license is strongly preferred.
- Prior insurance sales experience is highly desirable.
- Background in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) is advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
